We are in Poland! ๐ต๐ฑ My home, although we are currently visiting my husbands’ town and his family.
We came here on Wednesday, 4 days ago and have been on the run ever since.
First, it’s much much cheaper to get things done here in Poland vs in the US. I have two examples ๐ I need one of my crowns replaced, in Poland it costs 1000 Polish Zลote (pln) , in US it costs $1000. So it looks like it’s 1 to 1 except 1 us dollar = 3.65 pln, so my new crown will cost me $274! Score!!! ๐๐
I wanted to go check my eyes to see if I can qualify for a surgery to fix my lazy eye. The visit costed me $41. I also got new prescription for glasses so I went and got two pairs for $275! Score number two!! ๐
Since I don’t have any more health related issue I will not be doing anything else here but it’s definitely cheaper to get your health affairs done here in Poland.
Plus, I really don’t have the time to get more done, the teeth and eyes are also pretty rushed ๐
We have been seeing my husbands’ family and we have a First Communion to go to and then we are traveling up north to visit my family.
My Emilia has been so good! I can’t even believe that this 5 month old baby is so chill. Travel to Poland took us 11 hrs from the time we left our apartment to the time we reached my parents in law place. She slept through the entire trip pretty much. The only time she was fussy was right before takeoff because she was sleepy but uncomfortable since I had to hold her. Once the plane was in the air and she was put in the bassinet she slept 6hrs and woke up for food. โบ๏ธ Then she slept again.
She has been hugged and kissed by all the family members, like 30 people know and she didn’t care. She is constantly smiling and laughing and overall happy. In her normal mood just as if she didn’t leave the country at all ๐
More about Poland soon ๐
Cheers!
